Seaford Golf Club's links golf course was designed by J.H. Taylor. From the back tees, the total yardage is 6546 for all eighteen holes, with a par of 69 and a standard stroke index of 71. The third, twelfth and fifteenth hole are par 3's, the sixteenth hole is a par 5 and the rest are all par 4's. Due to the course being well above sea level, the wind often has a major effect.
The clubhouse was opened in 1907, just after the course moved location. Much of the clubhouse got redeveloped recently, with a second lounge bar and a longer dining room that overlooks the course added. The clubhouse also provides locker rooms for the players, a snooker table and a television room. On top of the clubhouse is the Dormy House, which can accommodate twenty golfers. It is only open from March to November.
As well as the standard eighteen holes, there is also two alternative ones, used for practice only. The club also has a practice range, a two chipping areas and a putting green.
